Not many cashiers make check out problematic during the rush time.
Self checkout is ok when you have a few items, but when you have a basket full, and alcoholic beverages you need full service check out. 2 lines is not enough, especially when one goes on mandatory break.

Facility is clean. Breakfast is “okay”. Rooms are nice and well maintained. Don’t ask them for an extra pillow. Our room was missing one and they did not have any extras.

Oh my this is right down the street from where I recently started staying and since I came from living in North. Hollywood I must say Westlake Village was a breathe of fresh air! Anyway Westlake Plaza is right down the road from me and we visit there quite often!! We really love Sea Casa Mexican Cuisine! They have delicious food and great service! We also frequent Sprouts market where they have my favorite chocolate milk in a big glass bottle! Just a hint about the chocolate milk if u get it there is a CA redemption charge and it's like 4 to 5 bucks!! BUT ....if u buy a couple u are encouraged to bring the bottles right back to Sprouts after they are empty ...just give them a rinse and go to sprouts with them and walk up to a register where the cashier will gladly take them in exchange for every penny u spent on redemption value handed to u in cash right there! How convenient !! Yes this is a nice Plaza with many nice shops and markets and eatery's,!! I'm very happy to be able to tell u about it!!
